By downloading, installing, or using Shake Light ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Shake Light is a utility application that uses your device's accelerometer to detect shaking motions and control the device flashlight/camera flash LED.

3. Free and Pro Versions

The App is available in two versions:

• Free Version: Includes advertisements provided by Google AdMob
• Pro Version: A one-time in-app purchase ($4.99) removes all advertisements permanently

4. Advertisements

The free version displays:

• Banner advertisements on the main and settings screens
• Occasional interstitial (full-screen) advertisements

Advertisements are provided by Google AdMob. By using the free version, you consent to the display of these ads and the limited data collection required to serve them (see Privacy Policy).

5. In-App Purchases

• The "Remove Ads" purchase is a one-time, non-consumable purchase
• Purchases are processed by Google Play and subject to Google's terms
• Purchases can be restored on other devices using the same Google account
• Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain a secure grip on your device while using shake-detection features
• Use the App responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws
• Not use the App in situations where distraction could cause harm or injury
• Be aware that repeated shaking motions may cause device damage if done excessively

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. The developer makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The App's performance or reliability
• The App's fitness for any particular purpose
• That the App will be error-free or uninterrupted

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any damage to your device resulting from use of the App
• Any injury or harm resulting from dropping your device while using shake features
• Battery drain or device heating from flashlight use
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Battery and Device Impact

You acknowledge that:

• Prolonged flashlight use may drain your battery
• Extended use may cause device heating
• The App may use background services that consume battery
• You can disable auto-start and background features in Settings

10. Permissions

The App requires the following permissions:

• Camera: To control the flashlight LED (no photos or videos are captured)
• Notifications: To display service status
• Internet: To display advertisements (free version only)
• Boot Start (optional): To auto-start shake detection
• Wake Lock: To keep shake detection active with screen off
• Battery Optimization Exemption (optional): For reliable screen-off detection

11. No Emergency Use

This App is NOT intended for emergency use. Do not rely on this App as your primary flashlight in emergency situations.

12. Changes to Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of your jurisdiction.
